The Moons of Pompeii
The Moons of Pompeii is an exciting journey of discovery of the archaeological site of Pompeii, made with light, sound and voiceovers. The visitor is led into the suggestion of a trip in which light takes shape as the words, graffiti, people, fleeting shadows on the walls first, then shapes the places they lived, people oblivious to their future, caught in the limbo of pre- eruption, which simply lead us in their daily affairs.
THE ROUTE:

The visitor is led into the suggestion of a trip in which light takes shape as the words, graffiti, people, fleeting shadows on the walls first, then shapes the places they lived, people oblivious to their future, caught in the limbo of pre- eruption, which simply lead us in their daily affairs.
The path begins with the Necropolis of Porta Nocera where you can see from the Moon of Death which welcomes visitors.
Continue along the road through the cemetery to reach the ancient city walls, where there will be virtual projections, and then all'Orto fugitives in which lie the casts of some helpless witnesses to the tragedy that struck the city.
You can start the path of Abundance, visiting on the way home fragrance, Via Nocera, and then, accompanied by background noise and different voices that return the old vitality of one of the busiest streets of Pompeii, you pass to discover some of the most beautiful domus: the house of Ottavio Quartione and that of Venus in the Shell
It then continues to the Amphitheatre, where large projections alternate between them, to remind us that the way to have fun in those places in the past was not very different from what we live today in a strong and striking parallel, which shows the ' excitement of every visitor to the one here, 2000 years before, someone else had tried.
Exceptional guide along the way is the extraordinary voice of actor Luke Ward, who seems to lead the audience through the light of seven moons (the Moon of Death, Virtual Moon, Moon of Hope, the Moon of Success The Moon of Life, Mystery of the Moon, the Moon is not there, the Moon having fun) in a parallel reality, whose sole purpose is to live and relive Pompeii.
